Where Bayer 04 fans have paid more than face value for a ticket at the BayArena, from the last home game against RB Leipzig, they have the opportunity to put the ticket - anonymously - into a collection box after the game. Based on that ticket, Bayer 04 will identify the reseller and take legal action against that person. The collection boxes are sited in three places at the BayArena: At the fan container, the Servinvestiagte ice Ost and at the Service Desk West.

Bayer 04 have acted on behalf of the fans on the unofficial ticket resale market for several years. The aim of this approach is to combat and restrict the unregulated trade in tickets – in particular to protect our own fans and all other supporters at our stadium. The separation of rival fans and the exclusion of violent individuals from the stadium is impossible on the unofficial ticket resale market. In addition, Bayer 04 want to be able to provide enough tickets for fans at reasonable prices as part of a social and fair price structure.
In addition to resale aimed at making a profit, there is the regular appearance on the unofficial ticket market of forged or invalid tickets being sold at inflated prices. Bayer 04 hereby urges fans not to buy match tickets on unofficial resale platforms. This includes eBay, Viagogo and StubHub.
In addition to the usual channels for buying tickets at Bayer 04, tickets for Bayer 04 home games can also be bought via our two approved ticket partners:

He is the best example of how far successful and professional youth development can go: Kai Havertz joined Bayer 04 from Alemannia Aachen at the age of eleven. At 17, the Germany international made his first appearance for the senior team, graduated from high school in Leverkusen and is still the youngest player ever to make one hundred appearances in the Bundesliga. From London, where he plays for top club Arsenal, Havertz is closely following the discussion about the Bayer 04 Campus and, like more than 11,000 other supporters, has signed the petition launched by Bayer 04 fans from Monheim am Rhein.
