"For Niklas, it's a matter of getting match practice at a high level," explained Bayer 04 manager Jonas Boldt, "he will return to us at the end of the season. Lomb, who has been at Bayer 04 since 2010, has a contract to 30 June 2020. In 2015/16 he went out on loan to third division clubs Hallescher FC and Preußen Münster.
