All the other tests of the players and staff were negative. Accordingly, Bayer 04 can play the away game at Schalke 04 as planned on Sunday 6 December (kick-off: 18.00 CET).

Demirbay, who was separated from the team immediately after the diagnosis, has been in self-isolation since Friday. The 27-year-old is asymptomatic and he is well. A physiotherapist, who treated Demirbay during the Europa League trip to France, is also in self-isolation as a preventive measure in spite of a negative Covid-19 test.
