Information on ticket sales for 2025/26 away games

An average of over 3,500 fans supported the Werkself at away games last season. Looking forward to the 2025/26 season, Bayer 04 now provide information on ticket sales for away games. The previous 0 sales phase is being replaced by the Regulars phase.

When do away tickets go on sale?

As usual, the tickets for away games go on sale around four weeks before the relevant match.

Who can buy away tickets?
On the one hand, there will be the usual sales period for Bayer 04 Club members, which generally start on Wednesdays around four weeks before the relevant match. In addition, there would be the newly introduced Regulars phase two days before Club sales.

What is the Regulars phase?
During the Regulars phase, there will be an exclusive sales period for Bayer 04 Club members who attended a minimum of Werkself away games last season. For the 2025/26 season, fans must have bought tickets for at least ten Werkself away games in the 2024/25 season. The minimum number of ticket purchases will be set before each season. All fans affected will be informed about advance sales. There is more information on the Regulars phase below.

How are tickets allocated during the sales phases?

A maximum of 50% of the allocation available will be issued during the regulars phase and to away season cards. That ensures that all other Bayer 04 Club members have the opportunity to get away tickets.

How will fans get away tickets in the 2025/26 season?

The aim this season is to make tickets available to fans as soon and as easily as possible. Away tickets will be exclusively available via the Bayer 04 app provided that is agreed with the home club.

When do tickets go on sale for the first away game?

The tickets for the first round tie in the DFB Pokal away to SG Sonnenhof Großaspach go on sale at noon CEST on Wednesday, 16 July. The Regulars phase will start at noon CEST on Monday, 14 July.

What is the Regulars phase?

  • The Regulars phase replaces sales phase 0. It represents an exclusive sales period for regular attenders last season ahead of the start of sales to Club members.
  • The Regulars phase gives preference to Bayer 04 Club members who purchased tickets for at least ten away games last season (2024/25).
  • That gives all Bayer 04 Club members, who regularly supported the Werkself at away games, access to an advanced sales period.
  • The aim is to pursue the most transparent and fair approach possible taking account of the loyalty of regulars attendees at away games.

How does the Regulars phase work?

  • Every entitled fan can buy a ticket in this phase.
  • The sales phase his operated exclusively via the Bayer 04 ticket shop.

Is it possible to join the Regulars phase during the season?

  • No, the Regulars list is always dependent on sales in the previous season.
  • The minimum number of away ticket purchases for the 2025/26 season is ten.

How are Regulars kept up-to-date?

  • Communication on the Regulars phase started on 9 July.
  • Regulars will be informed about their ticket access via a newsletter.

Can Regulars buy another ticket during the members sales period?

  • Yes, as long as that does not exceed the ticket limit for the relevant game.

Can non-members buy tickets in the Regulars phase?

  • No, the Regulars phase is exclusively for Bayer 04 Club members who have bought tickets for at least ten away games (official matches).
  • Membership of a fan club or of NK12 does not automatically entitle access to the Regulars phase.

Is there an allocation for fan club buses?

  • As a rule, every fan club is asked to acquire tickets via the usual sales phase.
  • Representatives of fan club buses can get in contact up to a maximum of a week after scheduling and the issue will be checked.
  • Please note this applies exclusively to buses with 50 or more persons.
