Season tickets for the Bundesliga champions and DFB Cup winners are booming, and the demand for tickets for the Werkself's matches is higher than ever before. In the Bundesliga season just ended, the home section of the BayArena was sold out for all 17 matches, and season ticket sales had to be stopped last winter for the first time in the club's history when 21,400 of them were sold.
In order to be able to offer a balanced number of match and season tickets in the future, there will be no separate sale of season tickets for the new season. Any seats that become available will be allocated exclusively via a newly introduced waiting list. Bayer 04 will communicate all details on this and on the sale of match tickets for the coming season separately.
Markus Breglec, Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer of Bayer 04: "Our aim is always to be fan-friendly and offer the best possible conditions. The truth about this economically necessary decision is that our ticket prices have been in the lower third of the league table for years. With the new pricing model, we will continue to offer our fans in the BayArena attractive football at very fair prices."

Strengthening the Bayer 04 Leverkusen youth teams: Konstantinos Kotsifakis will join the Werkself from Bundesliga 2 club Hertha Berlin for the 2026/27 season, where he will be a permanent member of the Leverkusen U19 coaching set-up. The German-Greek will also take on an operational role in coaching the Bayer 04 Future Team. The 29-year-old was most recently head coach of the U17s at Hertha Berlin.
