The result comes from 16,721 votes cast by 2,836 fans. Here are the eleven candidates with the most votes who now form the new Leverkusen Kurvenrat:
A comprehensive requirements profile for the candidates was set out ahead of the vote. This should ensure that members of the Kurvenrat are committed and qualified to properly represent fans and strengthen the partnership with the club. The vote was open to all Bayer 04 season card holders and they could vote for up to eleven of the 18 candidates. The vote was held on the Bayer 04 app.
The Bayer 04 fan liaison officers, via email at fanbetreuung@bayer04.de and representatives of the Kurvenrat are available to answer questions about the vote and the work of the Kurvenrat.
The Leverkusen Kurvenrat:
The Leverkusen Kurvenrat is the independent advocacy body for Bayer 04 Leverkusen fans. It was set up to gather and collate fan concerns and present them to the club. The Kurvenrat promotes communication between fans and the club, organises a range of events and is committed to a positive atmosphere at the stadium. In addition, it is actively involved in community projects and the creation of the stadium experience. Following the Spaniard's appointment to Kasper Hjulmand's first team coaching staff, the current U17 head coach Kevin Brok (photo) will be responsible for the U19s until the end of the season. As a result, Benjamin Adam will also move up a year and will now coach the U17s instead of the U16s, also until the end of the season.
