Duell gegen Real Sociedad auch im Livestream

Die Saisoneröffnung mit buntem Programm und dem internationalen Testspiel gegen Real Sociedad San Sebastián wird am Samstag viele tausend Zuschauer in die BayArena ziehen. Aber auch diejenigen Bayer 04-Fans, die nicht live dabei sein werden, können sich ein aktuelles Bild von der Form der Werkself gut eine Woche vor dem Pflichtspielbeginn machen: Auf bayer04.de wird die Partie gegen die Spanier als Livestream ab 14.30 Uhr zu sehen sein.

Kommentator Niko Hartmann wird sich ab 14.25 Uhr aus der BayArena melden und dabei auch prominente Gäste am Mikrofon begrüßen können. Geschäftsführer Michael Schade und Teammanager Hans-Peter Lehnhoff haben ihr Kommen angekündigt und werden ihre Eindrücke von der Saisoneröffnung im Allgemeinen sowie dem Duell gegen Real Sociedad im Besonderen kundtun.

At 18.30 CET on Sunday, they'll have the chance to exact revenge at the AOK Stadium - and pick up valuable points in the race for third place.

Werkself held to 1-1 draw by Bayern in eventful encounter

Bayer 04 were held to a 1-1 draw at home by Bayern Munich in an eventful Matchday 26 fixture in the Bundesliga. Aleix Garcia had given the Werkself the lead inside six minutes, but Bayern levelled in the second half through Luis Diaz, despite Nicolas Jackson having been send off before the break. Diaz was then dismissed himself as Leverkusen pushed for a winner, which failed to materialise as Jonas Hofmann saw a late goal ruled out.
