Daley Sinkgraven out for rest of the season

Bayer 04 Leverkusen will have to manage without Daley Sinkgraven for the remaining games in the Bundesliga. The left-back suffered a cruciate injury in his left knee in the 0-0 draw at Werder Bremen on Saturday, 8 May.

The 25-year-old Dutchman, at Bayer 04 since 2019, was injured in the first half and was replaced at half-time by Wendell. Sinkgraven will miss the two remaining games in the Bundesliga against Union Berlin (15 May) and Borussia Dortmund (22 May).
