With just a few clicks, you can now find all the latest service information in the new service area at bayer04.de.
On the new service landing page, fans will find jump-off points for the most important topics (such as tickets, membership, matchday, etc.). Answers to the most frequently asked questions on the respective topic can be found there. If fans cannot find the right answer on the service page or have another query, there is also a separate contact form for each topic area on each subpage.
Fans can use the contact form to get in touch with Bayer 04 directly. New specific subject lines have been set up in the form so the enquiries are sent directly to those Bayer 04 employees who can help quickly and competently. Here the following applies: The more clearly the concern is described in the form, the faster the query can be responded to and appropriate feedback given. Bayer 04 will of course continue to help with questions via the telephone number 0214 5000 1904.
An overview of the new service route:
The familiar e-mail address info@bayer04.de will in future be redirected and fans will then receive a message with a link to the contact form. This means that with immediate effect, Bayer 04 is focusing on better e-mail sorting and a clear allocation of responsibilities - all in order to make the relevant information available as quickly as possible.
What else is new? From now on, Bayer 04 will be supported by a professional partner, 004 GmbH, in shipping. This partner will also answer all questions regarding a particular order. By entering the appropriate subject in the contact form in the ‘Merchandise’ section, your enquiry will be forwarded directly to the right contact person.Naturally, 004 GmbH can also be reached by telephone on the familiar number 0214 5000 1904. Fans are then automatically connected to the 004 GmbH team during the call. It is not possible to purchase fan merchandise over the phone.
Fan merchandise can still generally be purchased in person at the Bayer 04 Fan World or ordered in the online shop. If fans need help with online orders, Bayer 04 will be happy to provide personal support on 0214 5000 1904!
