Bayer 04 mourns Roman Klossek
The Bayer 04 family is mourning the loss of Roman Klossek. The commercial director of the Bayer 04 academy died in a car accident in Leverkusen overnight on Thursday.
Fernando Carro, CEO of Bayer 04: "We are shocked by this news. Roman was part of the Bayer 04 family for decades and had close friendships with many employees. Our deepest condolences go to Roman's family and friends."
Klossek was a member of the works club since 1987, first as a youth player and then as an office employee. He also played for the legends team for many years and was involved in several social projects on behalf of the club. Klossek was 46 years old.

The German Football Association (DFB) announced this today, Wednesday. The Pokal tie against the Hessen state cup winners will be played at the BRITA Arena.
