Bayer 04 friendly against Alemannia Aachen

Bayer 04 Leverkusen are set to play Alemannia Aachen in a friendly on Thursday morning as the final highlight of the week of training in the current international break. The match against the Regional League team at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium on 7 September kicks off at 11.00 CEST.

A significantly smaller group at training on Monday under head coach Xabi Alonso, due to the 15 players away on international duty, was boosted by the addition of players from the U19 and U17 squads. The Bayer 04 youth players will also be involved in the match against Alemannia Aachen. Entrance to the game at the Ulrich Haberland Stadium is free of charge.

Following the friendly, the Bayer 04 first team players will enjoy a lomg weekend off before returning to work on Monday next week.
