Arthur sidelined with muscular injury once again
Bayer 04 will once again be without defender Arthur after the Brazilian right-back suffered a muscular injury in his right thigh in training on Monday.
It is a similar injury that the 20-year-old, who had just returned to the Werkself fold, suffered while on duty with Brazil’s U23s against Morocco in September. Arthur will undergo an operation next Tuesday and be out for an estimated three months.

Bayer 04 expand business partnership with EDO Personalservice
Bayer 04 Leverkusen has extended the existing partnership agreement with EDO Personalservice GmbH and, at the same time, expanded its collaboration with the Cologne-based company. The official partner in the Business Club has been upgraded within Bayer 04’s partner network. The revised and enhanced support for the club has initially been agreed for two years, running until 30 June 2028.
