Ankle injury sidelines Mitchell Weiser
Mitchell Weiser will not be available to Bayer 04 Leverkusen for the rest of 2019.
The right back suffered a torn ligament in his right ankle in the Bundesliga clash with SC Freiburg (1-1) on Saturday 23 November. That means Weiser will not be available to the Werkself until after the winter break in January. Bayer 04 begin preparing for the start of the second half of the season on 4 January 2020.
