Akkaynak signs for Willem II
Atakan Akkaynak, captain of the Bayer 04 U19s, is moving on to Holland to take the next step in his pro career.
Atakan Akkaynak is leaving Bayer 04 to join Dutch top-flight side Willem II Tilburg. The midfielder has progressed through Leverkusen youth teams since joining the Werkself in 2007 and was captain of the Werkself Under 19 side last term. Akkaynak is now looking to further his career in the 'Eredivisie'.
