Leverkusen spectators also threw empty beer beakers in the direction of the pitch in the first half of the Bundesliga home game against Bayern Munich on 17 April 2018 when the visitors were taking corners.
Bayer 04 have accepted the decision and it therefore takes immediate effect.
After a goalless and at times evenly-matched first half, Bayer 04's U19s ultimately suffered a heavy defeat at Manchester City.
