Trial sessions
Bayer 04 offers all football loving lads from Leverkusen and surrounding area open trial session days for outfield players and goalkeepers. If you would like to show your ability to the Bayer 04 youth coaches and have the dream of playing for one of the youth teams at the Werkself, then you can register for one of the free training sessions at the Kurtekotten Performance Centre presented by BarmeniaGothaer.
Dates
The free trial sessions at Bayer 04 will be held for all interested young players at the Performance Centre (Otto-Bayer-Str. 2, 51061 Köln) on the following days:
Wednesday 10 September 2025
- 4 pm: Goalkeepers born between 2017 to 2020
- 4 pm: Year 2020
- 5.30 pm: Year 2018
Wednesday 17 September 2025
- 4 pm: Year 2019
- 5.30 pm: Year 2017
Bayer 04 Leverkusen will organise further free trial sessions at the Kurtekotten Performance Centre in the coming months. Information on the exact dates will be available on our website as soon as possible. Visit www.bayer04.de.
Registration
Registration for trial sessions at Bayer 04 are made exclusively via email to probetraining@bayer04.de (Reference: Trial sessions registration). Please note: Only fully completed applications will be considered.
The following information and documents are required for successful registration for trial sessions:
- First and family names of child
- Date of birth of child
- Email address (ideally from a parent)
- Current club
- Outfield player or goalkeeper
- Release form/note for the trial session from current club
Applications must be submitted via email by 24 August 2025. The time within that period has no relevance. Everybody who submits full information and documents in good time will receive a confirmation email and further information up to Wednesday, 6 September 2023. All applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered. Important: The release note from the current club must be submitted before the expiry of the registration date for both trial days.
