Bayer 04 Women: Anna Klink agrees deal to 2022
Bayer 04 Leverkusen have extended the contract with the Women’s team goalkeeper Anna Klink by two years. The 25-year-old has signed a new deal to 30 June 2022.
“We’re really happy about Anna’s decision to stay at Bayer 04 and continue as a member of our team,” said coach Achim Feifel. “Both her sporting and personal development into a key player is the reason why she has and will have an important role in the team.”
Klink signed for Bayer 04 in 2009 and has been at the club since then. She has made twelve appearances this season for the Black and Reds in the FLYERALARM Women’s Bundesliga.

African journalists visit Leverkusen for round table with Rolfes
Bayer 04 welcomed 14 media representatives from Africa on Friday, 1 December. The trip for journalists from the likes of Burkina Faso, Senegal, Mozambique, Togo, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana and Togo was organised by the Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) with the goal of establishing and promoting Africa as a new target market for the Bundesliga.
