No celebrations after cup final due to coronavirus

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, Bayer 04 have agreed with the City or Leverkusen not to hold a reception in Leverkusen regardless of the outcome of the DFB Cup final against Bayern Munich on Saturday, 4 July (kick-off: 20.00 CET/live on ARD and Sky).

After landing at Cologne/Bonn airport on the Sunday afternoon, the Werkself will go on holiday straightaway to recharge their batteries for forthcoming challenges: In less than six weeks that includes the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 second leg against Glasgow Rangers (first leg 3-1).
