For the first time in more than ten months, the Werkself will play a competitive match in front of spectators at the Bruno Plache Stadium. Over 1,000 Black and Red supporters can get behind the team under head coach Gerardo Seoane in Leipzig.
Bayer 04 Club members and season card holders have until Thursday evening to snap up one or more of the 500 tickets still available either via the Service Centre or at the fan shop in the city centre. There will be no tickets on sale in Leipzig on the day of the match.

The Bundesliga is back. On Saturday 29 August (kick-off: 15:30 CEST), the Werkself are away to SV 07 Elversberg on matchday 1 of the new season. On Friday afternoon, it will be decided which eight of the 36 participating teams Bayer 04 will face in the group stage of the UEFA Europa League in 2026/27.
