The family matchday at the BayArena is now a tradition. On the last weekend in August (Saturday, 31.08, 15.30 CET) Bayer 04 again invite young and older Werkself fans to the family matchday at the home game against TSG Hoffenheim. There will be a wide range of events in and around the stadium – and all at favourable prices.

The family matchday has proved to be popular with young and old alike for the past six years. So there will be loads of fun for a seventh year, particularly for young fans. In addition to the action on the pitch, there will be loads of games and fun events in and around the BayArena as well as lots of great entertainment offers. And if your youngster is hungry or thirsty: The kiosks around the BayArena will have family friendly menus.

Kids in for one euro

Tickets are available at very attractive prices from Tuesday 30th July: Adults pay €15, concession tickets are available for €10. Children under 14 get in for just one euro! The special prices apply to all seated areas – must be at least one children's ticket per each order.

Tickets can be ordered by phone via the Service centre on 0049 (0)214 5000 1904 or from one of the Bayer 04 shops at the BayArena, in Leverkusen City, in Bergisch Gladbach and Solingen. Special price tickets are not available online via the ticket web shop. Special tickets can only be booked as individual tickets and not as part of the MY PACKAGE option.

Normal match tickets for the game against TSG Hoffenheim are, of course, available by the usual order methods or as part of a package under the usual conditions.

Matchday news #VfBB04: Taking the next big step with the full weight of our fans behind us

Today sees Bayer 04 go head-to-head with their next direct rivals in the race for Champions League qualification (kick-off 15:30 CEST). Opponents Stuttgart are currently fifth in the table, level on points with the Werkself but one place below them due to a three-goal inferior goal difference. The Black and Reds' record at Bad Cannstatt tells a clearer story: they've not lost at VfB for over 16 years. One important factor in securing what would be three crucial points away from home is Leverkusen's strength on the counter-attack. Whilst Stuttgart are also extremely dangerous going forward, they will be without their captain. Today’s matchday news.

Our next opponents: VfB still have their fate in their own hands

It's a thrilling situation: as the season draws to a close, Stuttgart and Bayer 04 are heading into the home stretch almost neck and neck. After 32 games, with 17 wins, seven draws and eight defeats each, both teams are on 58 points. Even in terms of goals scored, VfB and the Werkself are level on 66. The Black and Reds have conceded just three fewer goals (43) than their rivals (46), which is why they sit one place behind fourth-placed Leverkusen. This Saturday, 9 May (kick-off: 15.30 CEST), the two teams go head to head at the MHP Arena in Stuttgart. The lowdown on our next opponents.
