DFL confirms matchdays 7 to 14
The DFL has confirmed details for Bundesliga matchdays 7 to 14. Bayer 04 have six Saturday fixtures at 15.30 CET including the derby against FC Köln on matchday 10.
The match at Schalke is a Friday night game at 20.30 CET on 29 September. The Werkself entertain Wolfsburg in a Sunday afternoon fixture kicking off at 15.30 CET.

Matchday 8: Sunday 15 October, 15.30 CET: Bayer 04 v VfL Wolfsburg

Werkself slip to sixth after 3-1 defeat in Stuttgart showdown
Down to fifth from fourth place despite taking an early lead: in the head-to-head for a Champions League spot, Bayer 04 were 1-0 up at VfB Stuttgart with just a minute played thanks to an Aleix Garcia strike, but ultimately lost 3-1 (2-1) to the more determined hosts. It meant the Swabians leapfrogged the Werkself in the Bundesliga table on the penultimate matchday.
