Yurchenko joined Bayer 04 from Shakhtar Donetsk in 2014. The Ukrainian made 18 appearances and scored three goals in his four seasons with the Werkself. The 24-year-old has had a number of setbacks due to injury.
Marlon Frey has an even longer Bayer 04 history. The 22-year-old played for all the youth teams at the club before moving up from the U19s to the first team squad in 2015.
