#B04SCF sold out – atmospheric end to the season

A just reward after 28 years: The final home game of the season is a sell-out in Rudi Völler's last match as the sporting managing director. 30,210 spectators will make their way to the BayArena on Saturday 14 May to see the Werkself play SC Freiburg and to thank the former player, coach, sporting director and managing director for his commitment under the Bayer Cross.

Everything is set up for a football fest on Bismarckstraße. A weather forecast of 23 degrees and sunshine on Saturday afternoon, Werkself fans dressed completely in red, and the team sealing qualification for the Champions League with a game to play. 'Finally Red'– With the backing of supporters in red, Lukas Hradecky and Co. secured a 4-2 win at TSG Hoffenheim last weekend to ensure the thirteenth campaign for Bayer 04 in the UEFA Champions League.

Early arrival at the stadium is recommended given the full house at the BayArena. Particularly as Rudi Völler will be celebrated ahead of kick-off. Fans will be be saying, "Thank you, Rudi": There will definitely be goose bumps ahead of the season finale in Bundesliga campaign number 43 for Bayer 04.
