Piero Hincapie tests positive for Covid-19

Bayer 04 Leverkusen will have to manage without Piero Hincapie at the start of the run-in to the second half of the season. The 19-year-old defender tested positive for Covid-19 back home in Ecuador at Christmas.

Hincapie is currently in quarantine. The Werkself player will only be able to fly back to Germany after a negative PCR test and with the agreement of the local health authorities.
