Join a BayArena tour to experience exclusive moments and unique insights into one of the most modern football stadia in Europe. Sit on the bench, enjoy the walk down the players tunnel and feel part of the Werkself. We'll take you down to the pitch. Anecdotes and stories from our tour guides all about Bayer 04 as well as short films at different points in the stadium round off a very special experience.

Service Area OST on the east side of the BayArena opposite McDonalds is the meeting point for public BayArena tours. Ahead of every home game there are also public matchday tours. For all tours, either for groups or individuals, pre-registration is required. Applications and other information is available on 0049 (0)1805/040404 (0.14 €/min. from German landline, max. 0.42 €/min. from German mobile) and via email.
Prices:
Standard: 10 euros
Concession: 8 euros
Disabled/school students, apprentices and students/voluntary service/
pensioners/senior citizens from 65 (born before 01.01.1950)
Children: 6 euros
(3-14 years)
Please note: BayArena tour vouchers are available via the Bayer 04 hotline on 0049 (0)1805/040404 (0.14 €/min. from German landline, max. 0.42 €/min. from German mobile) and at the Bayer 04 shop in Leverkusen City Centre (Wiesdorfer Platz 9) and in Bergisch Gladbach (Hauptstr. 160).

Fernando Carro and Stefan Kießling at the Day of Volunteering in the BayArena
As part of the joint commitment of Bayer 04 and the City of Leverkusen to volunteering, the annual Volunteer Day took place in the 19nullvier Lounge at the BayArena. Fernando Carro, Bayer 04 CEO, Stefan Hebbel, Mayor of the City of Leverkusen, and club representative Stefan Kießling praised the commitment of the 200 or so volunteers from the region in attendance and thanked them for their impressive efforts.
