Sebastian Parrilla – assistant coach

Sebastian Parrilla came to Leverkusen with head coach Xabi Alonso in October 2022. The Argentinian worked in the youth set-up at Real Madrid from 2001 to 2018 coaching sides from the U11s right up to the second team Real Madrid Castilla. Parrilla worked alongside Alonso in his final year at Real Madrid.

In 2019, Parrilla - with Alonso - moved on from Real Madrid to the Real Sociedad B team. The coaching duo remained in the Basque country for three years before answering the call from Bayer 04 Leverkusen.
